We offer adult gravity yoga classes for anyone who needs a supplemental class to aid in joint mobility, circulation and overall body health.
This class isn’t your traditional yoga class. It is based on breath held positions over passive tension. Gravity yoga is great for those who spin, run, skate or regularly participate in any other type of cardio exercise.
